Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Our room was impeccably clean and immaculate and complete with a beautiful garden. The rate was £ 44. The location was stunning and lovely, staff were informative.

Cosy double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. A lot of facilities like: an electric kettle, a laptop-size safe and central heating. Stunning and marvellous position in the rural area, near the next nearest restaurant 5 miles away, a beautiful big well-manicured garden, and Scotland...

The bed was really comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day at work.

It was difficult to find the property as the directions provided were not accurate, causing some confusion and wasted time.

The location was amazing and incredible - so close to the next nearest restaurant 5 miles away was fully booked as well as a beautiful garden. The room was big and immaculate and with a beautiful garden, had everything I needed. It had an electric kettle, fridges and an oven.

The breakfast at the B&B was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of choices and freshly cooked options. The location of the B&B was also impressive, offering stunning views and surprisingly close proximity to popular attractions in the area. the host was very hospitable and provided helpful suggestions for places to eat and visit nearby.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this B&B. The experience was wonderful from start to finish, with comfortable beds, clean facilities, and excellent service.

The breakfast options were amazing and catered to different dietary needs. The host was attentive and wanted us to have the best experience. Eating breakfast in the garden summer house with beautiful views was a lovely experience. The location was convenient, being close to the city and various surrounding villages.

My stay at Lower Balwill was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a separate lounge room was such a treat. The breakfast served in the beautiful summer house in the garden was a delightful experience. I had a memorable time at Lower Balwill and would highly recommend it.

The only slight inconvenience was that the directions to the property could have been clearer, as it was a bit challenging to find. However, it was totally worth it once I arrived.

My stay at this stunning B&B was exceptional. The hosts, Janet and Marion, were amazing - beautiful people who made me feel so welcome. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain views from the lovely garden. Breakfast served in the garden room was a wonderful experience, and the gigantic breakfast they served kept me satisfied until 8PM. Best value for money this year!
